Stayed here for 4 nights with my kids and had a great experience with very friendly and excellent staff.

A good hotel. The breakfast was good, the breakfast staff was VERY nice and courteous. The bed was comfortable (I attach great importance to it). The hotel has exceeded my expectations. Recommended only!

Top location (3 km from Plovdiv on a hill with a view over the city and the Balkans), very nice pool area, playroom + playground, nice indoor pool, extensive breakfast buffet in a very nice restaurant with a view, very clean room, balcony with overlooking the city and the pool, mosquito door, comfortable bed, great price (44€/DZ with breakfast)

Everything was perfect.

Convenient location near nature and close to both the city and Markovo, with free parking available on-site.

freshly squeezed juices were very good, rest - sosolala. the hotel is located far outside the city, car needed.

The facilities were superb, with a marvelous and decent location so close to the city center and the SPA center. The staff was exceptional, offering excellent services. The whole experience was fantastic.

Located quite outside the city, no transport except taxi. Not even in the mountains, there are still 25 km to go.

A very attractive price-performance ratio. The facility maintained, the SPA area spacious, the quality of the massage very good, the good food, the staff in the restaurant was very friendly.

The mattresses and cushions at the pool outside looked pretty bad: heavily worn, stains. which wasn't surprising with the light fabric. Unfortunately there is no other connection to the city except taxi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with crisp white bedding that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and attentive, and the room service was prompt and delicious. I also enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of dishes including homemade jams and baby food for the little ones. The hotel's pool area was large and well-maintained, and the spa facilities were small but adequate. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

It would be helpful to have some drying racks in the bathrooms, especially for families with children who tend to make stains on their clothes. Additionally, there were only two hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, which made it difficult to properly dry them.

The free parking was on site, very good service. My beautifully designed and panoramic room came with an awesome view for Plovdiv hills and balcony plus the bigger kids. The personnel were reasonably good! The location of the hotel was excellent, in the outskirts of Plovdiv.

We enjoyed the place and splendid and incredibly nice breakfast in it.

This place is a wonderful choice for exploring the city. The hotel rooms are luxurious and extremely clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. It was a pleasant surprise to have our own kitchen, and the breakfast served here is absolutely amazing.

I absolutely loved the rooms and the food here, they were so beautiful and the beds were really comfortable. The food was amazing, we enjoyed everything we ate!

The surroundings of this place were stunning, with a beautiful garden and an amazing view, located right by the restaurant and at the reception, creating a fresh and natural atmosphere.
